01. Open the Settings app and go to System.
02. Go to Notifications & actions.

Method 2: Rename Windows Feedback app folder
Rename the Windows Feedback app's installation location to disable it.. To do that, follow these steps:
01. Open File Explorer & go to "C:\Windows\SystemApps".
02. In there you should find "WindowsFeedback_cw5n1h2txyewy" folder.
03. Right-click it and choose Rename.
04. Change the name of the folder to BACK_WindowsFeedback_cw5n1h2txyewy for example.
05. After renaming the name of the folder, the Feedback app should be successfully disabled.
Method 3: Use third-party apps to remove the Windows Feedback app.
01. Download this tool and extract it on your computer.
02. Find Uninstall Feedback.cmd, right-click it, and choose Run as Administrator.
After these processes are finished, restart your computer.
